The Tribunal had a few weeks ago said the petitioner did not prove his case and ruled in favour of the former Abia State Governor, Orji Uzor Kalu who was declared the winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The Tribunal however, admitted the document as evidence.
The Tribunal, in dismissing the petition, held that the petitioners did not prove any of the grounds of the petition.
The Tribunal in its Tuesday ruling ordered the rerun in 94 polling units with over 59,730 votes.
The Tribunal Secretary, Mr Ibrahim Sada told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Tuesday in Ibadan that the petitions were filed within the 21-day period allowed by law.
