Janet Hey, 84, of Spicer, died Sunday, March 26, 2023, at Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center in Sun City West, Arizona from interstitial lung disease.
“So (we’re) creating really important habitat for wildlife, creating this diversity for pollinators that is missing in a lot of our modern landscapes,” Spicer said.
Spicer, a resident of Northwest D.C., was detained under a DC Superior Court arrest warrant.
