The All Progressives Congress (APC) has denied the alleged telephone conversation between the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Olukayode Ariwoola and President Bola Tinubu over the outcome of the presidential election petition currently before the court.
The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Olukayode Ariwoola was reported to have been sighted in London, United Kingdom pretending to be a physically-challenged old man, for a secret meeting with the President-elect.
The recommendation for the appointments was made at the 103rd meeting of the Council presided over by the CJN, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, in Abuja.
