Beat 3 egg whites until very stiff; fold in 7 oz. flaked coconut, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 6 oz. melted chocolate chips; drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheets; bake at 325 F for 17 minutes.
