However, TSMC is making a huge commitment to build fabs in the US (specifically Arizona), so not sure how that affects the technology ban.
Perhaps you can throw some solar panels on the top of the fabs, but the entire supply chain, going all the way down to the massive 6000 series aluminum ingots is going to take many years to accomplish.
Remember all the new fabs intel are building.
