I thought it might be similar to the chicken pesto caprese — which in some ways it is, with the same panini pressed ciabatta bread, pesto, and chicken.

It’s also well-sourced; the ciabatta used for the garlic bread is from the wonderful nearby Cadoro Bakery, one of the treasures of Inglewood.
