An East London headteacher who nudged students towards the right answers on English tests has been found guilty of serious misconduct, dishonesty and a lack of integrity by a Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA) panel this month.

Joshua Sutcliffe – who taught at the Cherwell School in Oxford, and after that a school in London – has been accused by the Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA) of not using a pupil's preferred pronoun while at a school in Oxford in 2017.

The TRA decision maker David Oatley said Drakes would not be banned from teaching and that publication of the findings was a sufficient penalty.
