Police said the boy, aged 17, is now in custody following the incident in Snaith at about 6:30pm on December 26. He was arrested on suspicion of and racially aggravated provocation of violence.

The collision happened at about 12.30pm yesterday (Friday 25 August) on Snaith Bridge on the A1041.
