A much-loved Rugeley pub which has been closed since August 2020 is set to reopen next week after a £190,000 revamp, putting to rest concerns for its future.

Shane Smithyman, of Rugeley, suffered fatal injuries when he became trapped between a poorly maintained Volvo tractor unit used as a "shunter" and a trailer at Ltd based at Redbrook Industrial Estate on November 22, 2019.
