Boland of Northwood, Santry was convicted last December by a Dublin Circuit Criminal Court jury of the unlawful killing of Ohari Viera, damaging property by arson and burglary at Oaklands Terrace, Terenure, on August 21st, 2018.

Mr Dahlitz grew up in the region, starting with 12 years at Oaklands and then high school in Albury between 1972 and 1976.
