In response to multiple petitions against Ndiomu, the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, who supervises the Amnesty Office, is reportedly investigating the matter.

Legit.ng had earlier reported that Maj-Gen Ndiomu recently facilitated the strategic engagement and employment of ex-Niger militants in various security agencies and ministries in the country.
