As Mojang Studios and Xbox are both owned by Microsoft, one would have assumed that the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S versions of would have been on top of the priority list along with the PC build.

McKinnon-Pederson says the game was brought to Blackbird Interactive by Mojang in 2018.
