BSP chief Mayawati said that the Centre has the right to decide who inaugurates the Parliament as they have built it.
Earlier, on January 15, Mayawati, commenting on Opposition unity efforts, had said the BSP’s ideology was different from that of other Opposition parties, so it will contest the elections without getting into any alliance.
It should be noted that Mayawati has faced allegations of accepting money in exchange for party tickets in previous elections.
