As the knife twisted deeper into Carlson (below), he was further accused of disparaging colleagues and a lawsuit filed in March by his top booker, Abby Grossberg.
But it’s allegations about conduct by Fox’s lawyers as they prepared Grossberg to be deposed in the $1.6 billion Dominion defamation suit which have the network flipping out.
Grossberg, a former booker and producer for fired from Fox last week after filing two lawsuits against her former employer.
Her lawsuit said: “This was not the testimony Ms. Grossberg wanted to give but she had been conditioned and felt coerced to give this response that simultaneously painted her in a negative light as a professional.”
On the horizon is likely another suit targeting Fox brought by Carlson's former booking producer, Abby Grossberg.

The ruling marks another setback for Fox, which is also facing a lawsuit from former producer Abby Grossberg, who alleges that the network undertook a series of malicious actions against her.
