It’s unclear exactly how many jobs will flow from the contract, or where they will be located, but Bell has been pushing forward on new facilities in the D-FW area since winning the award.

The company now has close to 300 homes in the works set to be complete by the fall across two communities in D-FW, and it has about 1,000 homes in the pipeline in future communities that could break ground soon.
