Nestled near the front lobby of Montefiore’s largest campus, located on 210th Street in Norwood, CNAs pick up patients from their rooms and bring them to the lounge.

Once the students complete training, they will be able to take the state’s certification test and become certified nursing assistants (CNAs).

The center currently has 90 residents, but could house 165, and is licensed for over 200. They hope to be able to get to 125 residents but would need to hire 18 more CNAs.
