After reading the CMA’s report into the Activision buyout, I have to say it seems like they did a thorough job.
Although Microsoft will still need approval from the US Federal Trade Commission as well as other international regulatory bodies before it can close the deal, receiving the CMA’s blessing would represent a huge step forward for the proposed acquisition.
