Angela Brassington, Michelle’s best friend, originally from Oswestry, and Michelle’s son Thomas helped Keith - who was helping to guide the Mam Tor walk - by putting some wooden pallets down to make it safe for the walkers as rain made the paths muddy.

Now Aldi has decided to build its new Sutton store further up the Brassington Avenue site, to avoid the culvert altogether, with its service yard and HGVs, also not driving over it.
